A jersey bustier

I loved this item from the moment I saw it as a newcomer on Net-a-porter. It's a Marc by Marc Jacobs bustier top with ties, but what makes it special is the fabric and the color. The bustier, usually a posh item, gets a whole new dimension this way!



You can wear it like it is and top it with a nice jacket (like Susana Monaco dusty turquoise corduroy three-quarter sleeve blazer) and jeans for work, for a casual, yet dressed up look.



Or you can pair it up with the simplest tee and get that so modern layered look! If you add a pair of short pants, like the linen clam-diggers from Anthropologie, you're ready for any challenges spring may bring your way.



A must have, I think.
