A foolproof anti-acne regime
It's tough to admit, but I have acne, blemishes, oily T zone and blackheads even though I am well over 25. Funny though, I never had problems with these when I was a teenager, but now every day I have to dread whether a zit will pop up or not. Seems that stress, unhealthy food, all night parties and little sleep combined with excessive use of makeup have taken its share.

To stop looking as a teen I devised myself a great anti-acne regime I follow every night and guess what - my problems with acne and blackheads have lessened significantly.

During the day I wear my usual, weather customized moisturizer and makeup, but when I come home I first take all my makeup off (together with smog, pollution and other nasty city air things), rinse my face with a gel (try L'Oreal Pure Zone), and follow up with a toner (I've grown to love good old Clean & Clear). After the toner dries down I treat my skin to a generous amount of Vichy Norma Derm moisturizer and call it a night.

Every week, say Thursday, I treat my blackhead prone nose and chin with anti-blackhead strips and every Sunday I indulge in a deep pore purifying mask.

Feel free to try this acne-fighting regime for 'grown ups' and let me know whether it helped!
